The existence of slavery in the 21st century, or for any period in time, is an abomination and must not be tolerated. It is the responsibility for all in society to root it out wherever possible.
Therefore, Drutek has a strict policy on all levels of procurement. We believe that all employees and benefactors must be paid fairly and treated as we would like ourselves to be treated.
Forms of modern slavery are prevelant in the IT industry, especially in developing countries. We promise that all our suppliers will abide from the following principles
In order to ensure this, we operate a zero tolerance policy of inspection. All Drutek staff are required to attend a training session regarding modern slavery and human traficking. All suppliers are required to sign a declaration indicating that they agree with our policy. We only use suppliers that we can reasonably inspect ourselves or ones that we know personally.
If you work for a supplier of Drutek, or if you are even a member of our staff we offer an anonymous reporting tool.
All reports will be treated with the highest of priority. If contact details are left then we will endevour to respond within 3 working days. All reports will be investigated within 28 days.
All submissions will be treated in the upmost of discretion and will be retained for no longer than 2 years. For more information please see our privacy policy.
