Modern Slavery Statement

The existence of slavery in the 21st century, or for any period in time, is an abomination and must not be tolerated. It is the responsibility for all in society to root it out wherever possible.

Therefore, Drutek has a strict policy on all levels of procurement. We believe that all employees and benefactors must be paid fairly and treated as we would like ourselves to be treated.

Forms of modern slavery are prevelant in the IT industry, especially in developing countries. We promise that all our suppliers will abide from the following principles

  • All suppliers staff and contractors are to be paid fairly in correspondence with the law.
  • No child labour of any kind is to be used.
  • People are to be working under their own will and not through any coercion.

In order to ensure this, we operate a zero tolerance policy of inspection. All Drutek staff are required to attend a training session regarding modern slavery and human traficking. All suppliers are required to sign a declaration indicating that they agree with our policy. We only use suppliers that we can reasonably inspect ourselves or ones that we know personally.
